We’ve spoken about Verizon New Care Smart Watch for Seniors for the last two months. Today I want to share more about how fantastic this watch is, not only for Seniors but those with disabilities too!

With so many essential features, your senior/ disabled adult will surely get the best out of this watch. Like 2.5 days on a charge, and yes, the watch will alert you when the battery is low on your phone in the Care Smart app area. The Care Smart Watch also has an excellent speaker on the side of the watch, which allows to hear your caller clear…no distorted sound at all when speaking or listening to the other person.

There will be No Unsolicited calls on this phone; only those who have the app can connect with you. You can change ringtones and your theme, but there are only black and white themes. This makes it easier on the eyes of the older adult who is wearing the watch.

I love the real-time tracking; if your parent or loved one wearing the watch  is outside of the distance perimeter, you will be notified via an alert on your phone! That feature is sooooo crucial because many times, some older adults will roam outdoors and away from home. Knowing that this feature is located on this Care Smart watch will provide the family a little peace!

My husband had a chance to check out the Care Smart watch for himself the other day. He went over to my son’s house to watch a game, and before each game, they always play a few games like backgammon, dominos, and other games before the actual Football game starts.

Well, my daughter Lex was out and about and needed a ride home, so I texted her dad a message to pick her up! This feature floored him. Not only did I text him, I even added a few hearts to say Thanks, and I LOVE YOU!

The next thing I knew, I received a call from him telling me how cool that was! I love that feature so much because even if you’re not a techy person, you can still operate this Care Smart watch efficiently.

To learn these different features, you would need to go inside the Care Smart watch app on your phone. There you will see Care Smart watch FAQ’s; scroll down to the area Using the Care Smart watch, there you will see all the instructions to learning to text and more.

There’s just so much to this Care Smart watch you wouldn’t believe. Now that we are close to the Holidays, I would recommend this as a gift to all seniors!

I was just looking at smart watches for my mother. I love that only those with the app can contact the person with this smart watch.

I have been disabled for a few years. One thing that I still struggle with is trying to accept that I can’t do some of the same things that I used to do easily! I never knew that some of these watches are designed for elderly people. I think it is about time!! The price seems reasonable too. I like the emergency button and easier to see the screen! This was pin worthy and shared. Thank you so much for sharing!!

This watch would be perfect for my FIL. He only has one leg so it’s hard for him to get around. Sometimes the people who help him out can’t hear him calling for them so this would be perfect for that situation.
