Olive Oil
Olive oil will make your hair voluminous and strengthen your tresses. Warm the oil and massage it into your scalp and hair then leave it on for 30 minutes. Use a mild shampoo and warm water to rinse the oil out of your hair.
If you like, you can leave it on overnight and wash your hair the next morning. You can also mix the oil with honey before applying it to your hair.
Eggs
Treating your hair regularly with protein is essential if you want thicker and stronger hair. Eggs are the best ingredients for a protein treatment. Depending on the length of your hair, you should beat one or two eggs. Wet your hair and apply the egg then let it sit for thirty minutes.
Wash your hair with shampoo and lukewarm water to get rid of the egg. Treat your hair this way twice a week to make it stronger.
Avocado
You can thicken your hair by using avocado as it adds volume and moisturizes your hair. This vitamin E-rich fruit contributes to the health of your hair shaft. Mash an avocado and banana then mix them with olive oil. Then massage the mixture into your hair and leave it in for thirty minutes to give your scalp time to absorb the nutrients.
You can also make your own hydrating hair mask by mixing half an avocado with two wheat germ tablespoons. Apply this mask to your hair and let it sit for twenty minutes before shampooing your hair.
Indian Gooseberry
Indian gooseberry has antibacterial, exfoliating, antifungal, and antioxidant properties that can help your scalp to be healthy. Just mix one tablespoon of it with alma powder and pour two tablespoons of coconut oil. Heat this mixture to boiling, strain it before massaging it onto your scalp and go to bed. When you wake up, wash your hair as usual.
Castor Oil
The easiest way to get thicker hair naturally is by massaging castor oil into your scalp. Because of its high viscosity, castor oil will coat your hair thoroughly and protect it from falling. Moreover, it is high in fatty acids and vitamin E, which promote hair growth.
Because castor oil is too thick, mix it with something lighter such as coconut oil and heat the mixture. Apply it on your scalp using circular motions then comb your hair to distribute it throughout and remove tangles. Cover your hair with a moist towel and leave the mixture on for an hour before shampooing your hair.
Fenugreek Seeds
These seeds can be used to prevent hair loss and promote hair growth. Just soak two or three tablespoons in water for about ten hours. Remove them and grind the seeds into a paste, which you should apply on your hair. Allow the paste to sit for thirty minutes before washing your hair in lukewarm water.
If you repeat the remedy once a week regularly, your hair will grow thicker and prevent dry scalp. You can also use the water you used to soak the seeds as a hair rinse.
