If you can’t find a reason to love exercise, then you’re never going to catch the bug. That will become your little addiction. You should also love it for the benefits it’s having on your body. You might not think it, but your energy levels will peak, your bodyweight will drop, and your confidence will spike! Those are just a few reasons why you should love exercise, if you start it, you should be able to find a few of your own.
Get The Addiction
You need to find a way of becoming addicted to it once you find a love for it. Just because you have a love for it, it doesn’t mean that you’re going to stick to it every week. You might enjoy the odd fitness class every other week, and that’s it. So, the best thing we can recommend to find that addiction is to combine it with a good diet.
