If you’re planning on getting pregnant, there are a few things you should know first. Some people get pregnant straight away. For others, it takes a little longer. Bad Habits Can Stop You From Conceiving

If you didn’t know already, smoking, drinking, and taking drugs are really bad for you. If you continue to do these things while trying to conceive, you might not experience success very quickly. You shouldn’t be doing these things while pregnant, so giving it up in advance is important.

The Fitter You Are, The Better

Weight does matter when you’re trying to conceive. If you’re underweight or overweight, you could be hindering your chances of falling pregnant. Aim to start up a bit of an exercise regime to up your fitness levels and improve your chances.

Watch What You Consume

The food you eat will make a difference too. Eating lots of natural foods will help prepare your body for pregnancy. Vitamins can help too!
