Its a New Year and a new beginning as to preparing the right meals for the whole family. As a parent, I have a hard time finding different meals to cook. With me working and taking the kids to their activities daily, sometimes we find ourselves in a line at a fast food place which we all know is not good at all.

Even when I do cook, it appears its always from the same old food groups every time and we all get bummed out fast on foods like chicken, hamburger, chops, hot dogs and yes fries. Now I am cooking other meals, but even then we have leftovers that I just don’t know what to do with. Well, now that I have found MealFit.co I don’t think us  parents will have to worry anymore and here’s why: MealFit is monthly meal-planning that includes menus and grocery lists that are built upon paleo, primal and southern-style cooking and offers plans for Strict-Paleo & Zone diets, and our Original Plan (95% Paleo). A basic principle of these recipes is that when you limit your high glycemic carbohydrates and use low-glycemic carbohydrates and fat as your energy sources, you will perform, look and feel better.

MealFit is the perfect site to learn how to eat healthier and it’s a great site for us busy moms that are always on the go too.  MealFit plan menus for not only dinner and breakfast but snacks too and yes they also prepare menus for lunches.  Those leftovers you had the night before for dinner can be transformed into a great healthy recipe and just think of all the money you can save by doing this!

MealFit will provide you with  an entire grocery list with quantities for everything you will need for the upcoming week’s recipes, which gives you healthy recipes while also saving you precious time.  You will receive five dinner meals/recipes per week. We include some crock-pot meals that you start in the morning and are ready when you get home. They make recipes for you to choose from, to enjoy with the food, you make for that week or past day leftovers.

Thomas Cox states a basic principle of these recipes is that when you limit your high glycemic carbohydrates and use low-glycemic carbohydrates and fat as your energy sources, you will perform, look and feel better. Now who doesn’t want to feel and look better, I know I do!! As a busy Mom, I think MealFit will fit great into my busy lifestyle with ease!

I never thought of myself as one for prepared meals. But I think my wife would definitely love this.

What a neat idea! I agree that thinking of different meals can become a hassle; which makes you not want to plan anything. To have the information right there of what you need to make a healthy meal is a wonderful idea!

I’d be thrilled to do Paleo, but my husband would have a problem with it. BUT – Southern Style, would thrill him to bits! Now, if I could just get myself motivated to cook, we would be doing great.

That sounds like it can transform my diet! It’s such a struggle to plan healthy meals, especially when not used to eating that way..

I love this idea! I definitely need something like this especially with me trying to lead a healthier lifestyle. It seems i’m always eating the same old boring things and this would help mix it up a lot. Plus those crock pot easy tacos look delicious!
