There are so many well-documented reports that prove why smoking is bad for you, but if you’ve yet to kick the habit then the invention of the E-cigarette might just be the catalyst to beginning your non-smoking life. Here are some prime reasons why now is the best time to quit, and how E-cigs can help you in your journey.

This allows the user to constantly decrease the amount of nicotine they’re taking into their body, and provide them with the same physical movement of smoking a traditional fire and tobacco cigarette. Eventually, the smoker can decrease the nicotine level to zero and quit.
