Barbara’s Sweet Treats in time for the Holidays!

Recently we were given the opportunity to sample some of Barbara‘s Hand -Made Cookie Pies & Cookies. Now we don’t eat many sweets not unless its a special occasion so when the cookies and cookie pies were delivered we were beyond ready. This wonderful company has been around making their customers happy with their great gourmet taste of cookies and pies.
Barbara’s Cookie Pies is a company that manufactures hand-made gourmet Cookie Pies and Butter Cookies. The company is owned by Barbara G. Schechter. She specializes in making sure that not only are her ingredients 100% natural and contain no preservatives but that every customer/company is gifted with their own personalized name or logo or special message on the package labels and gift ribbons.
Babara’s gourmet cookie pie and cookies that were sent to us were fresh, delicious and very well welcomed in our home. The kids and my husband enjoyed them both. The Original Cookie Pie looks just like a Pie but can be eaten like a regular Cookie. It is made with her special butter cookie crust from a family recipe that was handed down from generations.
This Cookie Pie is packed with a gourmet filling and topped with her famous chocolate that makes this cookie like no other cookie pie I have ever seen. Barbara’s Cookie Pies come in a variety of delicious choices like Almond Raspberry, Rocky Road, Peanut Butter Cup, Apple Caramel, Oreo Creme, Chocolate Chip and Honey Oatmeal Raisin.
Barbara delightful butter cookies are very tasty too, to be honest I enjoyed the butter cookies the most. Her butter cookies are also a handed down recipe from generations and 100% natural.

All of Barbara’s products are made at a commercial baking facility in New Jersey. She’s putting smiles on her customers face and great taste in your tummy.
