After explaining my symptoms to  Dr, Parab, she was able to diagnose my problem fast and she sent over a few scripts to my local pharmacy! And guess what? All that was done via my computer…….got to love Amwell and their awesome medical online platform!

Very interesting site. This could definitely come in handy when you’re not sure if a Dr. visit is necessary.

It sounds like a good idea for small things. Especially since seeing a foc for 15 or less can take hours out of your day.

I think this would be great to use. You and the doctor can decide if it’s something more serious and whether you need to see someone else in person.

I’m interested in a service like this for me but I’d definitely prefer an onsite visit for my kids.

I know my insurance will not pay for this type of service .I had just tried to do something similar with a Dr on the east coast I’m in Ca. and they would not cover it. It is interesting when you only have something very mild going on.

This does sound interesting but in all honesty I prefer the face to face interaction in the office.

I love the concept, being able to be checked ‘right away’ is a plus. As a parent it is a big disadvantage to get sick and have to deal with demanding kids

How to you ensure you medical records stay intact? I hope the encryption and fire walls are of the highest standards. Even the largest providers are having trouble keeping our private data secure

I will be going here to check it out more and use this myself. Many times we have had issues in the middle of the night or while I am at work. Seems also, they tend to get hit on sickness on Saturday nights and Sunday, no doctor. This is awesome. Thanks for the information on this site.
