  • Agoda

  • Guides by Lonely Planet

When you install the Guides by Lonely Planet app, you’ll have access to top-quality city guides, created by experts. This includes information on the neighborhood and public transport, so you can find your way around safely and quickly.

One of the best features of the app is the ‘near me’ functionality which shows you the coolest nearby hotspots – you’ll never be stuck for something to do.

Tip: Research things to do in your destination before you arrive, to save time when you get there.

Drops is a visual learning app which is home to more than 30 languages including French, Spanish and Cantonese.

However, the coolest feature by far is the AR (Augmented Reality) tech which allows you to measure your carry-on bag, to see if it will fit in the plane’s overhead bin.

Tip: It’s worth keeping paper copies of your travel docs in case you face any tech problems during your vacation.

  • MIA Airport Official 

The MIA Airport Official app is the ultimate airport assistant for you Miami flyers.

It contains useful information about the airport facilities such as walk times, and if you’re not sure where you’re going it has terminal maps with turn-by-turn navigation.

This fantastic app also provides you with updates relating to your flight, boarding gate and the baggage carousel – pretty handy, right?
