These last few months, I have seen some awesome e-bikes.  E-bikes have become such a big trend now, and many people regularly buy them for commuting around the city!

Last year, I was introduced to an e-bike company, and this year, I’m here to introduce you to another “Awesome” e-bike from the Vanpowers company.

Let me briefly describe the history of Vanpowers before we continue with the Manidae e-bike review: VANPOWERS BIKE is a group of creative and conscientious cycling enthusiasts committed to clean, green mobility and sustainable e-bike development solutions.  Now let’s get to the Vanpowers Manidae e-bike review! Let me start by saying how much I love the Manidae e-frame bike’s design and the flat tires!
bike
This Vanpowers Manidae electrical bike is quite impressive, in my opinion. Every consumer would appreciate having this ideal e-bike available for commuting when traveling through the city, checking out difficult terrain areas or just enjoying a smooth mountain journey. You won’t ever need to be concerned about rough riding places thanks to the type of riding power and tires this e-bike is equipped with!
You see, this Vanpowers Manidae electric bike is conveniently fitted with KENDA® 26” × 4.0” K1151 Juggernaut Sport MTB Fat Tires and a potent 48V/750W engine, plus an KMC Anti-Rust 8-Speed Chain!
Now that’s power! There’s no way you wouldn’t get the best on and off performance you’re looking for while riding with a top speed of  28 mph, a 70-mile range that is adequate for weekends of enjoyable off-road riding, a charge time of 7 hours, a pedal assist level of 5, a BAFANG® 750W 85 N·m Brushless Hub Motor, and a drivetrain SHIMANO® Acera 8-Speed with 12-32T Cassette and 44T Chainring… there’s just no way you wouldn’t get the best of the best rides!
The welded aluminum alloy and internally routed cabling for smooth, clean lines are only the beginning of what this Vanpowers Manidae electric bike has to offer its consumers. Its overall design is very distinctive, and I’ll state for the record that when we rode it, it was incredibly silent!

The 672Wh lithium-ion battery with premium LG cells is detachable with keys to lock, which I love the most because this way no one can steal it sad to say!

The bike includes a cozy 31.6 mm, 300 mm seat. The replaceable battery allows you to keep riding your bike without worrying about running out of power as long as you have an extra charged battery. Your charge battery is a 100V-240V/2A Smart Charger and takes 7 hours to have a full charge.

bike
It has a SELLE ROYAL® A194 Freeway Fit Moderate Saddle. The seat guarantees comfort while riding the e-bike and it has just enough width space to cover my buttocks comfortably!
Bike
The Vanpowers Manidae electric bike is available in a gray color and has the option to fit a rear rack, which may come in handy for riders like me who loves to carry along certain items when I’m riding around.
When you open the package containing your Vanpowers Manidae electric bicycle, it will be securely wrapped and everything you need to assemble your bike is right at your fingertips.
bike
After removing everything and laying it all out, my husband started the assembly process!
As soon as the front tire was prepared, he lined it up with the brake caliper and rotor and attached it. What a unique approach to install a tire! Then, he tightened the tire using the quick release. All reflectors, as well as the handlebars, paddles, and seat, were mounted.
Now, I will admit that we did encounter a minor issue when it came time to install the throttle. This is because neither the video nor the instructions make it clear that you must first remove the bike’s handgrips in order to install the throttle cord, which is necessary to mount the throttle on the bike’s handlebars. Make sure your brake gear is lined up with the other brake gear and tighten the handgrip firmly. He then made sure to open the wire protection bag and attach the throttle cord to the appropriate throttle port before zipping everything up.
bike
Last but not least, he installed the bell, tested the motor, checked all screws, brakes, and tire pressure. Before long he was off, cruising the snowy neighborhood on his amazing Vanpowers Manidae electric bike.
His first impression riding the Vanpowers Manidae fat tire e-bike was “THIS E-Bike is “BAD” ……I couldn’t help but laugh and think of Michael Jackson’s song “BAD”!

(Night Helper Blog LLC, we do not own the rights to this music)

He claims that switching from pedaling to the e-bike features is seamless and simple and that he appreciates the motor power, the front Hydraulic Suspension Fork w/ 95 mm Travel and Lockout suspension, and the easy-to-read LED display.

According to him, the front suspension handled the rough road pretty well. It accelerates pretty quickly, and the motor is quite quiet.

The throttle was simple to use, and this bike has 5 levels of pedal assistance, which is fantastic because it allows you to travel between 10 and 25 miles per hour while using the throttle. “Remarkable” brake power is available. The brakes can come to a complete stop at the drop of a hat. He also had fun playing with the bell on this bike :0)
So, whether you’re riding your Vanpowers Manidae electric bike around town, up a hill, or on a mountain road, this e-bike can tackle any terrain!
The Vanpowers Manidae electric bike net weights is 31K, the color is a Lead Foot Gray, and it has a 19” 6061 Aluminum Alloy Frame, the rims are POWERCIRCLE® Aluminum Alloy Single-Wall Rims w/ 75 mm Width, along with a 720 mm handbar. You have a crank PROWHEEL® 170 mm crank, a drivetrain: SHIMANO® Acera 8-Speed with 12-32T Cassette and 44T Chainring and soooo much more!
In conclusion, all we can say is the  Vanpowers Manidae electric- bike IS A “BAD” E-Bike INDEED!!
Worth every penny and a real blast to ride, too!

  • Thank you for listing all the specs, the bike looks very sleek. I really like the grey color, and it does give it a “bad” and chic kind of look! I live in a city with various kinds of terrain so I always worry that an e-bike wouldn’t be able to handle the ground, but this looks like it can handle lots of rugged land with relative ease.
