The Big Boss Oil-Less Fryer, are you ready to eat healthier?

Welcome to Big Boss Oil-Less Fryerreview. I know many of you may have seen this product on As Seen On TV,  I know I have! This product claims to be able to cook your  food without all that oil.

I’m excited to try this product  and to share my review with everyone. Its really time for us to take control of our health and eating properly is the best way to do so. So many times we forget that eating greasy foods can and will cause blockage in your arteries. It is important to start changing the way you cook your food whether you use the Big Boss Oil–Less fryer or not.

I pulled out the fryer and  placed on my counter top. Now it really stands up to its name Big Boss Oil–Less Fryer, its big and you really need to make sure you have the space on your counter for this fryer. I’m kinda use to my mid size fryer that sits just right on my counter top. I grabbed the foods I wanted to test out and hooked it up, the meat that is!

I wanted to do fish and fries. I have my fish ready at the side and my fries are ready to go too. Since my daughter loves helping me in the kitchen I had her come in and help me out.

She got a little excited, she turned on the Big Boss Oil-Less Fryer before I had a chance to add the food LOL!

Now the Big Boss Oil–Less Fryer has racks that allows your food to be divided and cook evenly. It has a wattage of 1300 with a halogen light that directly heats the surface of the food for browning, roasting and flavor.

The convection circulates the hot air, distributing the heat for faster cooking all around the fryer. The Infrared heat cooks food from inside out, storing in all the juices from cooking. You can roast turkey, bake fish, steam vegetables and fry chicken.

The top has a glass globe that allows you to see your food cooking and the dials on top are for you to set the temperature according to what meal your cooking. The tight sealed lid keeps hot air inside, so no need to worry about if the Big Boss Oil–Less Fryer will  heat up your kitchen. Everything is sealed tight and cooking to your pleasure. With the size of the Big Boss Oil–Less Fryer you can cook any large food. It is a great appliance to add to your kitchen .

I placed my fish and fires in my Big Boss Oil–Less Fryer and set the desired temperature and waited to see what our meal would look and taste like. The aroma throughout  the house, made us all hungry and we couldn’t wait to eat the food. I couldn’t wait to see my food! My daughter and I kept going back an forth staring at the fryer. Finally its done and it looks good.
The fish turned out good but my fries weren’t so lucky. I think they needed to stay in longer. The fish tasted pretty good and I really like that the fish wasn’t greasy after being cooked in the Big Boss Oil–Less Fryer . My fries weren’t right at all, either I did something wrong or  I needed more time for them to cooking
