Can you say MMM,MMM Good!! I am a Buzzagent and I was recently chosen to participate in a Moist & Tender Pork Chop Campaign. Now I am not a person who cooks a lot only because I have a bad back and can’t stand to long on my feet but not only that…my family says I’m a burner…lol I can burn a meal in a split second. LOL!
This time I couldn’t wait to cook a meal that would not only be fresh and delicious but it will be burn free. *smiling* Buzzagent sent me this cool TruTemp meat thermometer and a baster plus a few coupons from Moist & Tender for their pork chops.
So I grabbed my coupons and went to Kroger’s to get my Moist & Tender Chops. I have a few friends and family over this past weekend so I decided to prepare a meal for all of us.
Below you will see my chops and mash potatoes. I first seasoned my chops and left them in the fridge for one hour with season salt, honey & mustard sauces and added a little lemon along with a few sprinkles of basil.
While the chops were marinating in the fridge I peeled my potatoes and had them cooking. I placed my chops in a cooking bag and cooked them for less than an hour , all the while preparing my potatoes. I mashed my potatoes and added a little sour cream and chives. Well here is my results….looks good ha and it’s not burnt…lol
