I don’t know if I have the darkest room in the world but I do know that if I stub my toe one more time I’m going to “Scream” lol! And another thing, if I told you how a grown woman like me is scared of the dark you might say, I’m not alone which I’m not per statistics.
I never been afraid of the dark as a child, but as I have grown older, I just don’t like my bedroom to be so dark. You see I don’t have a main light on the wall in my room, I have a small lamp that seems to not put out enough light. So when I say if I stub my toe one more time I’ll scream…that’s why.
My room has this nice media wooden case that sits directly against the wall next to my bathroom. Since the light is so poor in my room it’s like the moment I hit the floor to go to our master bedroom I’m always stubbing my toe on that wooden case. I’ve even stubbed my foot on the coffee table in the living room while trying to find the light switch.
Even the kids have ran into the wall looking for a light switch, and just recently Jalen hit his toe on his dresser. The next morning he woke with a big toe that was pretty swollen, now mind you I do have nightlights in my home but nothing, nothing like the “GE Motion-Activated LED Night Lights”.
Now, I decided to place a few of these lights around the house, I plugged one GE motion light in the bathroom and one in my bedroom of course.
Now, I will go on record to say I am very impressed with the “GE Motion-Activated LED Night Lights” and their nice style. They were very easy to install, and they also sit very nicely within my sockets. The GE Motion-Activated LED Night Lights” are equipped with motion sensing on/off feature with dual light levels. I love that GE made sure that these lights were created for everyone not only for the kids. Someone told me that motion detecting lights can be quite scary when they activate and no one else is in the room. Well, I don’t care. If there is a spooky ghost in the room, I am sure it will be thankful since it can find its way into the right walls
What fascinated me the most about the “GE Motion-Activated LED Night Lights” were how bright they are! You see that wooden case next to my GE motion light, well that’s the case where I am always hitting my foot at night…..not anymore!!! I mean with the way these lights display all that brightness there is no way you can run into any obstacle!
No matter where you plug-in your “GE Motion-Activated LED Night Lights” in your home, their sure to add that extra safety and security to any room. These motion lights also have a 45-minute timeout feature plus GE also have available two other nice motion lights, those may require three AA batteries.
Since the season will be changing soon, actually in November these “GE Motion-Activated LED Night Lights” would be a great way to brighten up your home. Again, if you are a person who dreads the dark like me, these lights will definitely help you fight against the darkness no doubt!

I always leave a night light on when my grandkids stay overnight. So I am definitely in need of one. I hate the dark anyway. When I go to bed I always use a flashlight when I walk around to check the doors, gas knobs and computers (to make sure they’re shut down.
We have nite lights throughout our house. Don’t like it all dark.These are really nice looking.I want to try these.

For the most part, I can walk around my house without lights on. The only thing that gets me sometimes is the dog and cat toys that they leave around the house. So, these would be perfect for my hallway – it’d light my kitchen and dining room up enough to be able to walk through it.
Glad to hear that you’re actually impressed with these lights and are no longer stubbing your toes on the . That always sucks to do that when you get up in the night.
I can think of several areas where this would be handy to have in my home.
Great idea! We often get up in the night – or even in the morning it’s still dark – and walking around can be awful! You carefully shuffle along and hope the dog’s toys aren’t out. This could really help.
This is fabulous. A great solution to late night stubbed toes and biting my lip to keep from waking anyone up.
Oooh these would be amazing for our hallway!! My son has to walk down it to go to the bathroom and he turns on EVERY light along the way lol!!

I love that this is an LED light. We could use this in our upstairs hallway so that we don’t have to turn on the ceiling fixture. My daughter would really like this.
