A Guide To 5 Of The Best Family Cars For 2014.
Whether you’ve got a small or a large family, one thing is for certain: you are going to need to have a car that is big enough to carry everyone around plus baby or child-related cargo at the same time.
Some people believe that you can easily get away with having a small hatchback car when you’ve got a baby, but trust me, the boot of such a small car just isn’t big enough to carry everything you are going to need!

A small car might be fine if you are going on a quick trip out to visit a relative on the other side of town, for example, but if you want to have a stress-free journey to somewhere a bit further afield and you are all planning on staying somewhere for a few nights, it is important that you and your family are all in a car that is big enough for your needs.
I remember a salesman at a Land Rover dealer once telling me that when you have a young family in tow, your attention isn’t going to be turned to how powerful an engine is or what electronic gadgets a car has, instead you are going to be primarily concerned with how safe a car is, and how practical the cabin space is going to be.
I didn’t think much of what he said at the time as I was literally just interested in power and gadgets, but with a young family to think about these days such thoughts aren’t really in the forefront of my car when I want to buy a car. Anyway, on that note, here are 5 of the best family cars for 2014 that you should consider if you are going car shopping soon!
