Coffee is a big deal around our home, espresso is an even bigger deal, excellent espresso – well you get the picture. Up until recently we were using an outdated espresso/cappuccino machine, and while it served its purpose, it was beginning to cut into the flavor profile of our cappuccinos and espresso. I love that it has the option for espresso pods or the pre-ground coffee, simply because I love trying different types of espressos. This has been, by far, the best espresso machine, I’ve owned to date.
The flavor doesn’t get compromised at all, the temperature is always even, and the crema, I love the crema on top of the espresso.
