10″ Stone Earth Pan by Ozeri, WOW!

I placed a sausage patty in the Stone Earth Ozeri Pan and stood by while it cooked. I could not believe how the oil was not sticking to the pan and how smooth the meat was able to move around without sticking because of the non-stick base.

Even after the sausage was cooked the small amount of oil left in the pan was less than normal with no stains at all from cooking.

 The oil was so loose in the pain all I had to do was take a paper towel and wipe off the base of the Stone Earth Pan…….see The clean up was remarkable, just a wipe and soap rinse in the pan and it is ready to be used again and again.
