Wow, we have now entered the year of 2014 and I’m ready to take that next step in getting my health back on track. I’m not doing anything drastic I’m just going to watch what I eat and how much I eat.
I have to say I love snacking which is not a bad thing unless the foods in which your snacking on are not health and yes many aren’t. This year I’m taking the pledge with Taste 0F Nature to snack on healthier food.
