Staples HP Officejet 6100 ePrinter…let the printing begin!

When it comes to great printers HP is one of the best brands around.Their printer offer its user great printing capability without the hassle. I was offered to review the HP OfficeJet6100 ePrinter from Staples and it couldn’t have come at a better time for my oldest daughter.

First let me introduce Staples to you, Staples is the worlds largest office products company and second largest internet retailer for over 26 years. Staples has met the needs of many companies and business customers by providing great services and useful products that helps every business/home owner to succeed.

They have a range of products stemming  from office supplies, technology products and services, facilities and break-room supplies, furniture, copy and print services and a wide range of other product categories. Staples operates throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. The company is headquartered outside Boston.

So no matter where you live there is a Staples available to assist your every need in office supplies and much more. I was given the opportunity to try out the HP OfficeJet 6100 ePrinter.

The first thing I noticed about this printer upon removing it from the box was the size. It was not as bulky as my old printer, the size of this HP printer will be able to fit into any area without any problem. It was very easy to set up, I took it over to my daughters home since she attends school she was more in need of a printer than I.

It only took a few seconds to set it up and within minutes she was ready to print. Even though this printer is compact don’t allow the size to fool you. The HP OfficeJet 6100 ePriner capabilities of printing are awesome, it is a powerful printer that delivers great professional quality pages.

When you follow the instructions as requested in the book you will have no trouble at all. It is simple, install your software first with the CD included. Printer system requirements for this printer are: Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Mac OS X v 10.5 or v 10.6 so before trying to install make sure your printer is compatible with your operating system.

Both my daughter and I like how it is wireless, this function should play a significant part when you are choosing a printer. This way you can print from anywhere in your home and from as many electronic devices you may need to print from. The HP OfficeJet 6100 ePrinter prints up to 12,000 pages monthly…that’s a lot of printing.

The HP OfficeJet 6100 ePrinter even has a light indicator on front panel, this light will also inform you if your printer is unable to connect to the network. You will know when your printer is on or off also.

It has a paper tray that helps to support your papers once printing is done and placing the ink cartridges is very easy to install.

The only thing you need to do next is just turn on your computer, make sure it is connected to your wireless Ethernet, allow it to auto align itself to print your pages and Viola there you have it.

 

 I printed my background website with blue paper, now you tell me is this clear and colorful?  I am happy for my daughter, she will be able to print with her new HP OfficeJet 6100 ePrinter all from the comfort of her home. No more late nights at the library trying to do her lesson and print it out.
