You know I try to get my walking exercise in daily but lately my knees have been aching. I guess my body is finally catching up to my age now…lol.

Over the last few weeks I actually decided to slow down since my knees were bothering me so much, but just this past week I thought to myself that walking is all I do and I just wasn’t ready to let my knees stop me from being active. I enjoy getting out and walking everyday!

After all medical statistics informs us that regular walking, like most aerobic activities, is good for you because cardio-vascular exercise strengthens the heart and lungs, increasing overall fitness. Together with diet and other exercise plans, it can also help with weight loss and tone up muscles.

I don’t take pills like this because of interactions with my medications, but my son swears by this when his knee is bothering him.

Getting a good nights sleep is so important. It also really helps to be able to get quality sleep when you are not in pain. Sleep is underrated.

I have had my share of aches and pains, moreso in the winter months, and sometimes getting a good night’s sleep is not so easy. I do find that Advil PM works great and allows me to relax and sleep, which is great since I need to get up early in the morning for work.

I use regular Advil for every pain that I have, and it has always worked. I’m a little scared to take a pill with a sleeping aid in it. I’m not sure why, but I am. Maybe if I have enough pain at night I will try it. Thank you for the honest review!

I have a sample, may take it sometime. However, the new warnings of strokes & heart risks are a little concerning.

I used to take Advil PM & then my doctor prescribed me another kind of sleeping pill, because of all the morphine I am on. You would think that those meds would make me pass out. But with me, it is a day to day thing. Sometimes I am like a baby with my days & nights mixed up.

Advil PM and I are old friends! I have arthritis, and by the time it’s night, my joints are singing Ave Maria. We ALWAYS have it in the medicine chest. Couldn’t sleep without it!

I have never tried Advil PM before. I am on many different pain relievers and muscle relaxers for my back and hips, so I cannot take any extra medications.

I have arthritis in both of my knees and I know your pain! I am one of those people who’s mind keeps working when I lay down to go to sleep. My doctor has prescribed a medication for me, which works terrific! It helps me get the sleep that I so desperately need! As far as the pain, I also have fibromyalgia and cronic pain syndrome, so I’m always in pain! I just push though it! Thanks so much for sharing your terrific review on I Finally Got The Sleep I Needed When I tried Advil® PM! #AdvilPM with all of us! My husband takes Advil for his headaches and his aches and pains, although we have never tried the PM. Than so much again for the information! I truly do appreciate it! Michele 🙂
