FIVE is Opening a New Hotel in JBR, Dubai

A new luxury hotel apartment project named FIVE JBR is soon opening in JBR, Dubai. This new development will be called FIVE Beach and it will be seen at a prime location of Jumeirah Beach Residence’s popular beach strip. It will be a prominent beach property boasting 227 suites, 7 fine dining restaurants, 102 serviced residences, a social pool, private beach, a spa, and bars.

This exciting development is led by the team that previously built really cool destinations of the city. For instance, FIVE Jumeirah Village and FIVE Palm Jumeirah (a trendy party hotspot). Considering how posh these places are, the public is hyped up about the new hotel. Moreover, the 4th hotel is set to be opened by the brand in 2022 as FIVE Zurich.

The whole development will offer uninterrupted views of the sea and at evenings, views of Ain Dubai are expected. Previously, this property was under construction for Corinthia Meydan. But later, FIVE acquired it and the hotel is expected to open in 2023. FIVE’s culinary experiences, bespoke entertainment and aesthetic vibes are guaranteed for the residents and guests.

The brand’s first international hotel is also planned to open in Switzerland next year. “This newly revamped lifestyle hotel and Swiss hotspot that has previously been visited by the likes of Rihanna, Freddy Mercury, Grace Jones and Muhammad Ali as regular guests, overlooks the city centre from Zurich’s stunning Uetilberg plateau and will seamlessly unit the very best of Swiss hospitality with Five’s characteristic flair for an exceptionally indulgent experience for guests from the city, and international visitors alike.”

FIVE Palm Jumeirah offers 11 bars and restaurants (such as Cinque and Maiden Shanghai), 476 hotel rooms and apartments, and 221 opulent residences. At the backdrop of the FIVE Palm Jumeirah is the Dubai Marina Skyline.

On the other hand, FIVE Jumeirah Village comes with 267 luxurious apartments, 234 hotel rooms, and 5 nightlife restaurants and venues. This property is the little sibling of the bigger FIVE Palm Jumeirah and it has earned a significant reputation in the Dubai suburb of Jumeirah Village Circle where entertainment, dining, a new pub ‘Goose Island’ and 269 swimming pools are located.
