‘Buy One, Give One’ Share-a-Haircut Program Kicks off August 1st!
All of my friends know when it comes to kids, I am a support at heart. No matter what the cause may be I’m always open to helping children.
When Hair Cuttery reached out to me in regards to sharing their Share–a Haircut Program, I was on board without a doubt. Let me tell you about this wonderful company: Hair Cuttery is the largest family owned and operated chain of hair salons in the country, they expect to donate more than 100,000 back-to-school haircuts-a total of $ 1.6 million in this years Share-a-Haircut program. This is their 14th year in providing this service, actually its the only one of its kind in the nation. Since starting this program in 1999, Hair Cuttery has donated more than 700,000 haircuts to children in need.
I don’t know about you but I find that to be Awesome and a true Blessing to all those children who fall within the disadvantage category. With the way our economy is today, its hard for a lot of parents and to have a program like Share-a Haircut, makes me proud to say I’m an American.
Hair Cuttery took something so simple along with their cutting skills and brought smiles and confidence to every child’s face I’m sure. Every child wants to look their best when going back to school and Hair Cuttery program is doing just that!
Hair Cuttery founders Dennis & Ann Ratner has been hair stylist their entire life but what impresses me the most about this company is, they seek to find the area that is in the greatest need.
You too can help support this wonderful cause, we know Hair Cuttery donates one free haircut to a child in need for every child’s haircut (18 years and younger) purchased during the month of August.
I need you to help support this cause too by just sharing the widget on the left side. Scroll down and click Facebook or Twitter to share until Aug. 30th to donate a haircut to a child in need.
