Tailor your questions to your specific situation. Suppose you have a larger family. Look for companies that are growing to ensure better job security.

When deciding where to work, location is essential to consider. Are you willing to commute long hours? If not, you want to find an office close to your home. Suppose your kids are involved in lots of activities; it can be stressful to rush home after work. A longer commute can also impact your social life.
