Rainbow Light Chocolate Protein Energizer Powder
Toward the end of 2014 I knew that one of the things I wanted to accomplish in the new year was weight loss— 50 pounds to be exact. See in the past two years I’ve been having some health issues and between that, my new medications and a ton of stress, I’ve put on way more weight than I had anticipated.
Catching glimpses of myself in mirrors and pictures was beyond depressing and checking my weight on the scale at home and in my physicians office was beyond emotionally draining so I knew I had to make a change, and quickly.
That’s when I made the commitment to lose 30 pounds by May. My family and I will be taking a vacation at that time and I certainly want to be in better shape by then.
COMMIT TO GET FIT!
My worst downfall (when it comes to health maintenance) seems to be eating. No, I don’t overeat, I under eat. Sounds crazy but my body dislikes going without food (and stores it in my fat cells) but with my busy schedule I find it hard to even remember to eat until it’s too late and by that time I’m dealing with a migraine, jittery body, and feeling spacey. Of course my family gets to deal with my moodiness too. Uh oh, watch out! hahaa.
So, it’s extremely important to get the vitamins and minerals my body needs throughout the day and I’ve found that although I don’t feel up to eating solid foods, I CAN tolerate liquids so protein powder is the way to go.
Rainbow Light t has a wide variety of dietary Bodybuilding supplements like protein to help women, men and children achieve a healthier body without sacrificing those important nutrients. I’ve recently been using their Protein Energizer Powder derived from rice and I have to say, I’m feeling full longer, not dealing with those jittery moments or headaches and it’s helping me achieve my weight loss goal. Woohoo!
What I love most about THIS protein powder is that it contains NO soy, NO dairy and NO added sugars. What it DOES have is 15 grams of rice protein and 500 miligrams of Spirulina that’s easy to digest, gluten-free and non-allergenic. Gotta love that! Plus, it does a great job of stimulating natural energy and stamina. I’m no longer feeling tired and groggy.
Another great aspect of this chocolate protein powder is that you can add it to different recipes to boost your protein intake such as pancakes, muffins and waffles. The taste is nice and mild, not artificial which I love and it tastes much better than some organic cocoas and stevia sweeteners.
If you’re made the commitment to achieve better health but can’t tolerate soy, gluten or artificial ingredients, give the Protein Energizer Powder from Rainbow Light a try!
