We all are excited about the Holidays, I know I am its’ my favorite time of year where I can munch on so many sweet treats and enjoy so many different dishes. But one things for sure its very easy to gain weight during this time of year. Since having my kids and becoming older I find losing weight is a little more difficult for me than when I was younger. I have always been able to maintain my weight rather good for many years. This time I am going to do much better then last year because I came across many great weight loss recipes that will help me enjoy this holidays all while still staying within my goal.
