Exergen Smart Glow TemporalScanner Review, every home needs one!

When it comes to my children I am very serious about everything from education to them being sick. It’s like the moment my kids are not feeling well the whole house is shut down and everyone gets the proper care intervention they need to either prevent others from being sick or treatment to help those who are sick get better.
These days our children are becoming sicker to me than normal, with all these new viruses invading our kids bodies I can’t help but to be on standby with having everything from cough syrup, tylenol, soup & crackers, blankets and most of all kid thermometers.
There are so many products on the market that claim this or that, but what every parent needs to know is finding the right product/thermometer for the kids is very important. So when Exergen reached out to me to sample one of their Exergen Smart Glow TemporalScanner, I was ready to give it a try.
 The Exergen Glow TemporalScanner included a 9volt battery and was very easy to install. Once it was installed I knew it was ready for use. The ThemporalScanner can be programmed to display the temperature in either °F ( Fahrenheit) or °C ( Celsius) as indicated by the small °F or °C that is displayed in the upper right. The TemporalScanner has 8 temperature memory settings that automatically retains the last 8 temperature readings, this will be very useful when you need to recall your child’s previous temperature progress.
Another great function to the TemporalScanner is the Soft Glow, this feature will enable us parents to read the temperature of our child or adult with ease because of the soft glow display. No matter if your child is in the dark or light the soft glow light is perfect for reading anywhere. This thermometer also has a programmable beeper and a quick one touch button. The programmable beeping indicator can be turned off or on this way you can avoid waking your child when placing on the forehead. when reading.
My overall opinion about the Exergen TemporalScanner is very positive, and here’s why, it is accurate, very easy to operate and read, I can obtain my children’s temp while they are sleeping, I love the 8 temperature setting that allows me to keep a record of their fever either rising or reducing, it’s very gentle upon use to the forehead, connects to the heart via the carotid artery, its safe, convenient, comfortable and most of all it’s just a one, two, three steps to getting an accurate read. Press and hold button, lightly scan across forehead, release button and read temperature, no waiting. It’s simple and ready to provide us parents with an effective reading!

I love love love the feature of being able to take a temp while the little patient is sleeping. It is awful to have to wake a sleeping child to take their temp.

I would love to have an Exergen Thermometer, I always have my granddaughter over and I’m always concerned about the temperature in the house. With the Exergen Thermometer it would help with knowing that the temperature is where I want it.

I love this thermometer because it can be put on the forehead and that makes it easy to read a temperature in a child. I also like that I do not have to turn on a bright light to read the temp! Also this can be used on adults too! Love this product!
