    my kids don’t have trouble- i just adjust 5-10 minutes every night

    Not if you adjust the bedtime slightly each night before the time change.

    No issues with daylight savings time transitions for my children except for Me!

    I havent noticed any problems with the little kids but my teenager gets all messed up.

    It takes a while to get my grandchildren to adjust to the new time. The youngest tells his mother that it is not dark yet!

    I think it messes myself and my kids up for about a week even though we try to adjust bedtimes accordingly

    Yes. Everyone in the family has trouble adjusting but we finally settle into our routine.

    It seems we get into a good schedule and then after daylight savings we have to start all over.

    Yes it affects all my kids schedule. Mines even gets messed up.
