When it comes to watching your baby, let the Motorola Wi-Fi Video Baby Monitor Camera do all the work for you. As a parent we all seek to make sure our children are safe while they sleep and play in their rooms. Like all moms we all are constantly going in and out of the baby’s room keeping that close eye on our precious baby.

The great thing about the Motorola Video Baby Monitor Camera is you can anywhere in your home and still view your baby from your phone while he or she sleeps in their crib. There are so many great benefits to this wonderful camera. You have the ability to pan/tilt the camera so you can talk to your baby, play polyphonic lullabies to help sooth him or her, view their room at night with the infrared night vision, do an image snapshot, video record for long lasting memories, room temperature display informs you when the babies room is to cold or to hot, love that feature plus it also has a two-way communication.

Its basically very easy to set up and can be configured using a web browser. It works well with iphones, droid, tablets, PC and Mac but you have to make sure to download their app software called “Monitor Everywhere”. The camera powered LED is very dim which will not disturb the baby, this was a great function to add to this camera as well. The camera movement is also quite. We tested the lullabies while Quincy was sleeping and found the sound to be a little lower then what I had expected but I’m sure the baby would fine it to be comfortable. The Motorola Video Baby Monitor Camera sends out good quality alerts,  knowing you can control this monitor right from your phone is very impressive.

It has good range and rotates very well to almost a 180 degrees. The one thing I would like Motorola to look into is the area where we have to give our access-code  and network information to an outside server  for set up. I just didn’t feel comfortable in doing that. Other than that I think this video baby monitor is awesome and will make any parent happy and sure to have mom resting with easy also..

  • I wish I had one of these when my kids were babies – it would have saved me many sleepless nights AND running upstairs to check on them every 10 minutes!

  • With my son we only had an audio monitor. With baby #2 on the way, I have started researching video monitors because I think one might come in handy!

  • I think that wifi capability could come in very useful. I don’t know how I would feel about that outside network info though.
