Flying The Vivitar AirDefender X Camera Drone Is Easy As One, Two, Three! @VivitarOfficial

If you’re looking for an affordable drone to fly, I suggest you check out the Vivitar AirDefender X Camera Drone.

Many of us, if not all are intrigued with the new trend of drones out on the market. We also know that many come with a low to high price tag too. The amazement of designs and functionality has us all wanting to try one.

Now you can grab your own drone from Vivitar. You see Vivitar has an affordable , fun, unique drone called Vivitar Air Defender X Camera Drone.

The great thing about the Vivitar Air Defender X Camera Drone is the many great options it has like other drones. I think it carries enough power to do the job, it’s lightweight, easy to fly, fun and very affordable. The Air Defender Drone also has a 16.1 MP camera that is capable of streaming video and images to your smartphone when it connects to the drone via WiFi. It has a range around 200 meters, and a flight time of about 20 minutes when using the two supplied batteries. Make sure you have some powerful batteries so you can pull all the energy you need to fly this drone correctly!

The drone is wrapped with 64 individual LED lights, which makes it so easy to see in the dark, making it even more fun to navigate upon playing with.

Once you open up your box you will see it includes the Air Defender itself, a full-featured remote control and a controller with a bracket to hold your smartphone, two rechargeable batteries for the drone, a set of regular AA batteries for the remote, and a USB recharging cable. Now preparing your drone is easy as one, two, three. Before you start make sure to charge your drone for about 2 hours using the proprietary USB cable, this way you won’t have to worry about the drone running out of charge while you’re flying it. You’ll get between 5-to 7 minutes of flight time per charge and the drone also takes a 32 GB Micro SD card which is not included.

Located on your remote you will also see a switch that will allow you to limit the speed of the aircraft to 30, 60, or 100% . If you’re not experience with flying drones I would suggest to start slow so you won’t make any error that can damage your drone. Once you have mastered flying, then would I suggest picking up speed! You can also remotely fly or connect to your Android or iOS device via an app.

Well, there you have it, an awesome drone from Vivitar that is packed with lots of fun technology. This weekend we are headed to the park for a picnic and I can’t wait to show off the Vivitar Air Defender X Camera Drone.

  • I have been wanting a drone for ages, however I have been putting off getting one due to the hefty price tag. A drone would be perfect for getting aerial shots while I am traveling. At only $79, this is a great option for a drone!

  • How fun! We just bought a drone and love it. Have not yet flown it over the water, really excited to get some amazing photos over the ocean. We have to learn about the codes on how high we can fly in the city.

  • My son loves drones, but he only has a small one. He would love to fly one of these. I think I might add this to his Christmas list. It just looks so complicated to to use, but my son can figure all that high tech stuff out.

  • Drones look like so much fun! I’ve been scared to try one since I was never very good at remote controlled toys. This one doesn’t sound like it would be too hard to fly, though. I’ll have to look into getting one of these as a Christmas gift for the hubby!

  • Drones have been taken to the next level. A lot of people are bothered by technology, but look how far we’ve come? We have drone with cameras! Lol

  • I’ve been afraid to try flying a drone. My depth perception is horrible and I react badly to simulation rides. I’m not sure how I’d do with drones though. May have to give it a try!

    • They are really fun Jacqui, but I agree I too was afraid. I just knew I would crash mine and lord and behold, I did LOL!! It didn’t break and it’s still flyable….thank God!

  • Oh man my husband wants a Drone so bad! I never know what kind to buy him. This looks like a great starter option. Maybe I will add this to his Christmas list and have the kids give it to him. I know they would all have fun with it.

    • Censie, this one is a good starter drone to try out first. I have one that range over 1400, I’ve only flown it once because it is so complicated so yes the Vivitar would be great to start off with.

  • Wow! These drones are getting so much more advanced! I can’t quite see where the camera bit is. Kinda wished you had a better picture of that but I will definitely look into this. I’ve wanted to get one for my husband!
